Trina Bryant is a seasoned leader, trainer, and entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience helping people and organizations grow. Her journey began with launching her first business, which expanded into two storefront locations. As the owner for seven years, she developed a deep understanding of customer service, operations, and the realities of running a small business.
She later transitioned into the nonprofit sector, beginning as an Executive Assistant to the Vice President of a Head Start agency. Within a short time, her drive and leadership earned her the role of Human Resources Coordinator, a position she held for 10 years. In that role, she specialized in staff development, compliance, and retention strategies-gaining firsthand insight into what truly strengthens organizations from the inside out.
Now, as the founder of JST Business Solutions and JST Training, Trina blends her entrepreneurial vision with her HR expertise to deliver trainings that are bold, practical, and transformative. She is known for her direct yet encouraging teaching style, challenging leaders and teams to move past surface fixes and address the real “hold-backs” that keep them stuck.
Her philosophy is simple: training should be more than information-it should shift mindsets, sharpen skills, and inspire accountability. Whether leading a masterclass like The Hold-Back Mentality or guiding teams through wellness and compliance practices, Trina equips participants to take what they’ve learned and immediately put it into action.
